Join us for a special New Year’s Day Class!
Siri will guide us through an intentional movement practice and Amanda will conclude the class with a guided meditation while Siri offers some hands-on healing.
There will be light bites, coffee, and tea to follow…and if anyone’s wants to join a caravan to Lake Waramaug for a Cold Plunge we welcome it!!!
