About the event
In this class we will practice Series One postures developed by Dr. Loren Fishman MD, based on his longitudinal studies on yoga and bone health. This class is meant to be
supportive of a regular and sustained yoga practice that maintains and strengthens bone health. All Levels welcome and no osteoporosis “diagnosis” needed! This class is great even for prevention!
