About the event
This relaxing class is designed for Educators to start the week feeling centered and calm.
No prior yoga experience is necessary!
Class begins with a short meditation to clear the mind and set positive intentions for the week. Gentle stretching and breathwork will follow to release tension and manage stress. Practice closes with a calming relaxation period to absorb the benefits of the practice.
