Nick Switz
Yoga
Hi my name is Nick,
My kids yoga class goal is to bring mindfulness to the group through breath, movement and creative games. I have been teaching kids yoga for five years, where I got my certification at Radiant Child Yoga. Class begins with a yoga freeze dance game where kids dance freely and when the song stops they do a yoga pose. Another part, of the class is either a game or story that is yoga based. Ending the class will be a guided story.

Rebecca Doring
Yoga
Meditation
Rebecca, Certified Meditation Teacher & Inner Critic Liberation Coach, helps people overcome self-sabotage and overthinking so they can believe in themselves again, find their peace, and embrace the most important things in life with greater joy and abundance.
After years of perfectionism, being her own worst enemy, and needing massive amounts of pressure and stress in order to take action, Rebecca knew she needed a change before she burnt herself out completely and lost herself entirely. She devoted her life to figuring out how to get out of her own way and succeeded. Now she guides hundreds of students through the same process while making the tools like meditation and journaling, more accessible, enjoyable, and meaningful so they, too, can be free to believe in themselves, experience greater belonging and connection, and accomplish anything they set out to.
Rebecca’s the host of The Deep Rooted Bliss Podcast, the creator of the online self-discovery community Turn Within, and the online program Inner Critic Freedom. She studied under International Meditation Teacher, Charlie Knoles, of The Veda Center.

When not on the mat, Larry can be found following his two other passions; filmmaking and podcasting.
Larry’s podcast Follow Your Drishti is a yoga podcast that includes recordings of all of his weekly yoga classes. He was also interviewed as a guest on the podcast Guys Talking Yoga, which discusses the many benefits of yoga for men.

Danielle Soule
Vinyasa Yoga
Danielle is what you would call a late bloomer when it comes to Yoga. At 48, she didn’t think Yoga was for her. Being an avid runner, she thought Yoga would be boring. How wrong she was! She went to her first Vinyasa Flow class and was hooked. She signed up for Yoga Teacher Training the very first day she took that class.
She received her 200 YTT December 2019. When the pandemic hit in early 2020, studios were closing down so she turned her focus towards nutrition.
She became a certified NTP and RWP focusing on the foundations of nutrition and gut health. In 2023 she started a wellness coaching business called Ripple Effect Wellness.

She always wanted to incorporate Yoga with nutrition and the pull to start teaching Yoga again was strong. She knew she was ready to share her love for Yoga and bring that to the community.
