Yoga for Osteoporosis with Judith

In this class we will practice Series One postures developed by Dr. Loren Fishman MD, based on

his longitudinal studies on yoga and bone health. It is recommended that students take the

workshop first to learn the theory and method of the practice. This class is meant to be

supportive of a regular and sustained yoga practice that maintains and strengthens bone health.
