Yoga for Osteoporosis Workshop
In this workshop we will be learning the standing yoga postures in Dr. Loren Fishman’s Yoga for
Osteoporosis method. Dr. Fishman MD is the founder of the Manhattan Physical Medicine and
Rehabilitation Center and a researcher on how yoga benefits bone building. This method is
scientifically validated through longitudinal studies. Judith is a certified yoga instructor in Dr.
Fishman’s method and will be leading workshops and classes at the Kula Collective. It is
