Siri Hoffman, LMT/RYT
Siri has been practicing in Litchfield County since 2011. Her yoga teachings are rooted in Anusara yoga, which incorporates principles of alignment to allow the body to move, strengthen, and grow in the most optimal and expressive way. A 2008 graduate of Boulder College of Massage Therapy, Siri scope of bodywork includes Deep Tissue, Orthopedic Massage, Neuromuscular Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Pre- and Post-natal, Swedish and Integrative work. In both yoga and massage, her specialty is pain and injury treatment and prevention.
